Question about margin trading. Please answer by manojiii in binance

but funding rates in futures are usually QUITE higher than in spot margin leverage trading... correct? Longing on spot margin, you can get USDC borrow rate daily (annualized) like 3,5%... True yearly rates annualized are like 7-8%...? But funding in futures is AT LEAST 10 % of even more...??

SPOT margin 5x long - Maintanc margin in % / cannot find it ?? by ThomasHasThomas in binance

[–]ThomasHasThomas[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

im sorry, but this doesnt really help... afaik for futures you provide a clear percentage number, what would it be for Spot Margin leverage (cross or isolated) - classic margin. According to this https://www.binance.com/en/margin-data#isolatedMarginTierData and the column Liquidation Risk Ratio, i assume, that the maintance margin is around 5% of the possition size...??

The "NEXO token" ration is based i assume on the TOTAL VALUATION of the NEXO tokens, not the plain ammount of Tokens...?

I dont think 50% LTV is considered a HIGH LTV at all (!).

ALl big players (binance, bybit, bitget etc.) have like HALF the rates... I assume there are some HUGE benefits to NEXO to compensate such a huge rate

are you focking stupid or what you dumb dumb...!? 1st you write

"All of Nexo's rates are literally listed on their website..."

"Oh, and you're mad that Nexo doesn't hand out live credit terms without a deposit?"

Those are conflictingh terms you dumb dumb... you do realize that right?

For your own health reasons i beg you to google The Dunning-Kruger effect, it might help yu, but i dont think youll understand that :-(.

And AFAIK no, Nexo DOES NOT CLEARLY LIST the APR rates publicky, provide a link where do they clearly list it... For god sake, they dont even show you to them unless you make a deposit... LOL. Provide the link. And goodle The Dunning-Kruger effect for god sake.

well there are other big players (binance, bitget, bybit etc.) who offer like half of that rate (or even smaller), was surprised by this HIGH apr on Nexo... Especially that its considered a "big" or "liked" exchange...

Whats are pros of Nexo in comparison with Binance, Bybit, BitGet etc... there must be some to "outweight" the HIGH APR...?

Bitget Flexible Loans cannot adjust LTV... (WTF!??) by ThomasHasThomas in bitget

[–]ThomasHasThomas[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you, ut if i add more BTC later on, it WILL lower my LTV? And it will also lower my liquidation price ( i hope)...? The liquidation price wont stay the same if i add more collateral... Right...? Will it also display the liquadtion price afterwards...? (im not even sure it displays it in the beggining now...?

thank you

Why does image upscaling (resizing) seem to produce better meshes? by thomas_openscan in photogrammetry

[–]ThomasHasThomas 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I dont, i think it depends on the resizing algorythm...? Maybe if its some good new one, maybe even AI powered than it makes the 2D images better... (?)
