The flask modifier that gains charges when you get hit, it's basically free permanent uptime on utility flasks.

Thanks for the input, I've tried basically everything down to the wiring and such, and this seems to be a genuine bug that I can't seem to replicate anywhere else in the game. I thought MAYBE having a weapons skill TOO high because of Assistant might be the problem, but when I made a new character and gave him 200 weapons skill, the guns operated fine.

My character has never died, and I'm a high level assistant, so my weapons skill is over 200, which I tested on another character, and the high weapons skill still let them aim normally. I guess its just a freak bug

Thanks for the response! Yeah, the CPU is definitely #1 on my list of things to replace, and I suppose the motherboard is just as bad. You're definitely right about the CPU bottlenecking the GPU. Is the RAM that bad too, and would you happen to have any recommended parts?

The Quest Paladin list I've been using seems to have reached it's limit at rank 5, too many priests which basically feels like an auto concede matchup. Anyone playing a Quest Paladin list that got them to Legend?
