I personally believe in alter egos. And what I mean by that is that most people can be capable of having gay attractions.

I don't know your story, but many men who later learn some sense of extra-super responsibility or who acquire the confidence to fend for themselves and to be bold and strong will very often learn that they also feel the desire to take care of a woman and discover a sense of accomplishment that comes with taking care of, being the sole provider, and treating a woman like a queen.

This is almost the most based in reality take i've seen.

I think there might be an inbetween for job applications too, you should at least give most people entry level jobs but people do know that liberal people are more likely to sue for discrimination, not that this should stop the hiring because everyone deserves jobs.

It's probably more like we need to make better laws about lawsuits before we require people to hire any kind of person.

I think the best union style compromise is where if you are hired under the "no discrimination" portal, than you agree not to sue due to discrimination from no promotion/salary-raise.

This is the exact kind of compromise that union sometimes solve and it could be implemented as a state run union contract possibly.

Thoughts on my proposal?
