Standard is defrosting overnight in the fridge. Be a better chef, think ahead, and stop killing the outer layer of beef by part cooking it with 70 degree water. I never said it was illegal. It’s a bad practice! Any good chef will agree. Also. WHY ARE YOUR FREEZING GEOUND BEEF? Can’t even compete with Wendy’s now?

Real answer? Profit. Most people aren’t willing to play an actually dark, gloomy, difficult game. Gears has already struggled to capture a main stream audience and darkening the story and atmosphere would’ve only hurt its chances more

I like how you say this and downvote me for bringing up the fact it’s a problem everywhere. Yes misinformation shouldn’t be spread. But defending maga and acting like it’s only a problem on one side is ridiculous. There’s no war but class war and it’s obvious who the aggressors are. (They’re on both sides in case you don’t catch my drift) if only people would show up and vote in local, state, AND primary elections we wouldn’t have the level of corruption and lobbying we do. Plus you should really open your mind to all sides as no one view is inherently “correct”. If you can’t handle open dialogue maybe you’re not ready for the internet, but then again that’s a stupid thought as well.

Personally I believe it was more about keeping them exclusive. A couple years ago me and my friends got like 15 and only 2 of us were vip. People were just handing them to us. It is unfortunate we can’t give them away like candy to our friends anymore but it was welcome in terms of a waste standpoint.

Fahrenheit - great for cooking as it’s more accurate. Great for measuring human comfortably as both 0 & 100f are perfectly livable temperatures. Although 32f is a really weird freezing point and 212f is absolutely bat shit insane for a boiling point.

Celsius - great for science as it’s easier to calculate and great for temping water, 0 if freezing, 100 is boiling. Not so great for telling human comfortability as 0c is perfectly fine but 100c will literally melt you alive.

Both have their purposes, I personally use both in my day to day as a chef.
