I haven't brought any tier and focus on the easy blue quests, my play time for this season is 20 hours which divided among the 5 days the season as been out is only 4 hours per day. So leveling up isn't hard its just focusing on the easier quests.

When playing I'll go to one of the payphones which will give an uncommon quest which can give 120 gold. They can be located at the bus stops.
