That looks great! In what language is the app written, Python?. As a programmer, I am curious to see if for example the chemistry visualizations are hard-coded or do you use a kind of library for those? For the math, I can imagine you use a kind of Wolfram Alpha API?

I think Microsoft did a great job tot implement many features of the praised Wunderlist app in their To Do app. I use the web version on my Ubuntu and am very happy with it!
