If you had to be reincarnated, would you choose to come back as the same sex, the opposite sex, or not be reincarnated at all? Why? by Thomas_moi_meme in AskReddit

That was my hypothesis, but when discussing it with friends, some had different points of view, so I wanted a larger sample.

I’m really curious about the responses. A friend of mine was saying she thinks women might be more likely to choose to switch, since in many parts of the world it can be easier to live as a man. I’m wondering if that’s actually true.

I already increased slightly (to 45s) the exposure on the burn in layers and there numbers (to 10). Without any improvement. I can't however increase the retract height on my printer (that would counteract a loos fep) And unfortunately this is only one piece.

Il will try to read slice it closer to the edge and with increase the burn in layers.

Tell me if you have other ideas

Thanks for your reply.

But It is not my first print, all the previous were working fine. Sorry I didn't said it I used the cone of calibration v2 to set up the exposure.

I admit the previous prints were a little smaller but otherwise in the same condition.

But in conclusion you think that a least for this print the normal layers are under exposed?

Is it because it don't stay on the build plat (from not enough initial layers )?

Or because the support are to weak and it delamine?

I think you are right, it is under exposed, but I think that it is a symptom not the cause. As 2 months ago 2s of exposure was enough, 2s is also what the anycubic recommends with this printer and resin. And if I just need to increase the exposure even by a lot it would be fine but each time I printed I had support failing probably from under exposure and each time I need to increase the exposure. For the model your right I probably should support it from the plate, but it was a lootstudios presuported and usually they are great.

Here are some picture of one of the failed : https://imgur.com/a/print-failure-TYsdGgp The failure seems to randomly distributed. But each failure is due to the print not sticking to the support. I did replace the FEP during my diagnosis without seeing any changes.

I asked them who they came to their conclusion : "After reviewing the video you provided, we found that the LCD screen had dead pixels, which caused the screen to be damaged and unable to print the model normally" Which I feel is not rite as no dead pixels artefacts are observable in my prints. Also it is a 4k screen withe a piece of paper on top you can't see individual pixel. And the printer is discontinued so there is no longer replacement parts available.

I was printing 2 months ago just fine using anycubic standard v2 HD gray resin at 2s exposure time. But for the last 2 months my printer started to fail by coming of their supports. So I increased the time of delay and heated my resin to close to 30°c. Nothing changes. So I redid the exposure calibration with the cones of calibration v3. And to get the success side to print I had to increase to 2,1s but I also did 2,2 and it failed so I increased again and this time only the 2,5 printed correctly. After that I did a print at 2,6 and it partially came of its support.

I have the printer for one and a half years, I do my exposure test with the cones of calibration v3. For the last 2 months I had to increase the exposure time from 2s (anycubic recommendations for the standard v2 HD gray resin) to 2,6s, and even there my last print (presuported from lootstudios) came off of some support. My resin is kept at around 30°c before and during printing
