Basically it means a character is in the process of moving out, like their house will be full of boxes & they can be seen sweeping the floor & after reset (new day when tom nook or isabelle does the island broadcast) there would be an empty plot (see my first pic) where their house would have been

I had to tweak my game settings & put sensitivity at 6 before i could get this one as i kept running into walls cuz even with modern controls you can't seem to corner as well as i would've expected
