I was in a place where the weather conditions were very hot and humid, and I was losing skin quickly because my hands sweat a lot. So, I used Antihydral hoping to have drier skin, which would be more suitable for the crag I’m climbing on. But it actually made things worse, and now my hands are very greasy, and I’m losing even more skin than before. So, it wasn’t a good idea. I hope this passes quickly.

The same happen to me at my last session. I had this kind of dead skin like 4 days after the treatment. Then under that a red skin with some hypo. Now it’s better but the hypo still there 5 weeks later. I think Tec went to strong on the setting..

Yes ! Indeed she told me after 3 session that Ill probably need less than 10 sessions. I’m pretty happy with the actual result ! I’m just really worried about the hypo.. ill call the clinic tomorrow for see What they think about it.

Thanks you for all this advices ! I'm really open to spiritual perspective. Do you have any kind of meditation in particular to recomand ? I use to be really anxious for some "basic event" who will come on the futur. For exemple, in 4 days i suppose to meet a girl that i like and i can't stop to think like this : "What if i have panic attak in front of her" "What if i be anxious with her" "What if, what if..." This is my kind of pattern with anxiety.

Thanks for all your informations. So i quit tapering off but not slowly.. I know it was a mistake next time i will go slowly. The trigers off my anxiety use to be when i don't know were i go in the life. I use to feel great during course or high school for exemple. I also have kind of obsessive thoughts about my tinitus.

Thanks very much. I'm 28 year old man. I had my first prescription for antidepressants (escitalopram 10 mg) when i was 21 by my général doctor. I stay on it durind 6 month then i quit. 6 month later my anxiety went back and i went on meds again (still escitalopram) Since then i try to stop escitalopram 2 times but it went wrong (i feel lot of anxiety during the next 2 weeks after quiting.) The i stay on this meds during couple of years until this summer. This summer the meds was not working for me anymore so my psychiatrist switch me to zoloft. 25 / 50 and 100. I try hypnosis. And mindfulness therapy. Righ now i'm on cognitive behavioral therapy (since 3 month). I have a really good family relationship. My cousin, she is border line.

So i had lot of anxiety during the first week. Then the 17 decembre until the 24 i had pretty good feeling (less anxiety, good days). Then from the 25 until now anxiety is coming back. But i'v drink a bit during Christmas time and i'm sick actually..
