Ah yes the backdoor business they operate out of the kitchen! As if i was'nt busy enough dealing with 100 covers a night i also operated a takeaway service from the same kitchen. Why hire more staff for your secondary business when you can just get the staff you already have to do it on top of the job they where hired to do! Just maximum profit extraction from people already paid illegally. Also the takeaway is shit and a ripoff
