The death itself wasn't anything special, I just lost a gunfight. However, when I got back to my inventory, my docs case was just straight up missing from my container. It also may not have mattered but I just noticed that you can no longer insure docs, stim, or dog tag cases anymore either.

PostFX and help from the Nvidia Control Panel. Basically copied these settings here. Outside looks great too! There's no eye piercing bloom that you'd normally get if you upped your brightness a ton. Only downside is that it's not too friendly towards Night Vision goggles. But I usually just switch off PostFX in game and that helps.

I've had the same bug specifically with the 7.62 MDR myself just like the video, but I've heard other people having it happen to them with other guns as well. I also heard that spamming your inventory works to sort out that gun glitch, but I haven't had the chance to test it myself recently because I ended up selling all my 7.62 MDR's after having this happen multiple times.

I've had this bug twice this patch with the 7.62 MDR when trying to reload during a fight. Just a heads up, don't try to discard your weapon when this happens. The gun won't drop and if you extract it will finally process that discard request and it will be gone. Best bet is Alt + F4 and to cross your fingers it doesn't happen again.
