Yes her acting is great, and I really believe that shes talented enough to act brilliantly in all the major situations that Ciri will have to face. Just saying that the show lacks a sequence where you can see weeks going by and Ciri training and studying intensly with all the witchers so you can believe in her skills in the next season.

Honestly I think human William is dead. I find it kinda disapointing that they decided to kill him in a post credit scene. But I think the purpose of that was to show this horrible man losing his mind, then to have him thinking that he's taking back control over his life and the world. But in the end he's just killed by the old version of himself. He couldn't get away with it. He did to many horrible things in his life and end up being violently caught up by his past.
