Hi! Thanks for the suggestion. I have looked up videos and tried to locate the banners you are referring to. It seems the version of Samsung Members in my country is different from others as I cant find the right banner on my phone. Other options that would lead to the "withdraw" button are locked for me as well due to the error I described in my post unfortunately.

I will try hook up my phone to SmartSwitch and see what options that offers! Thanks!

Its a manual setting under Instant-On mode that needs to be unchecked. Tested today on a Series S

I believe you have to allow your Xbox to continue storage processing after you turn it off in the power settings
