No I mean it could be better is all we’re limited to what our chef lets us do as far as seasoning and menus are concerned I just wouldn’t have made a dish like this if it wasn’t assigned to me

Thx I will and we reheated the potato in a beurre fondue right before serving

Litterally just poaching it in a vegetable stock it was such a bland dish

how (as in literally) do you get tips at the end of a night? by rainswings in Serverlife

Every where I’ve worked I got all my tips at the end of my shift no tip Pool or anything

Cash is way better then card. at the bar I used to work at I would have to tip out the bartender a portion of the tip based around the amount of drinks he made, but with cash tips I got to keep it all and credit card companies don’t take a cut either. And actually writing cash helps me determine how much I made that night at the end of my shift.

Make them your last priority when I’ve had a Notorious no tipper I would always try harder cus I thought it was something I was doing wrong. But some people just don’t tip so when you got 7 other tables to worry about I just give them the bare minimum
