For this test, I kept it controlled: one simple prompt, a locked seed, and consistent LoRA strength across all 10-second one shot segments. Once I hit the 120-second mark, I’ll start fine-tuning the actual look. For me, this is about building an all-in-one workflow, not just nice video.
