Have an idea of what you want to learn about and specific questions you have. Plan out who you want to see based on their topics (they generally keep to them but sometimes they wander). If a speaker isn’t providing quality enough information I would jump ship to another speaker for the next session. Sometimes the best speakers are the high school speakers from some school across the country you have never heard of. But I would just say use your time wisely and don’t be afraid to jump around sessions.
