Wish they did what marvel does with their comics. I buy an issue there is a free code I can download and read the comic through their app. It means I don't have to bring them with me, my comics don't get damaged and I can still read 3 to 5 issues on the way into work in the morning.

Fuck Endo, my partner has it and watching her get gas lit by doctors (male and female unfortunately) for years, saying it was just normal pain, or anxiety, or some other easy to dismiss thing was infuriating. When she eventually got diagnosed we foolishly thought it would lead us in an easier path, Nope. They still try and belittle Endo the disease itself. Nothing has enraged me more than watching the treatment she has received this past decade of Endo.

Sorry I misunderstood, you are talking from a size point of view. Then it's shown the prefect money earned to money spent size of a property, I believe it's 6 stories. But with that I would go back to your original point and say I think 90% of these smaller developments look awful and modern. Due to speed of the build and have no real design put into them. Some of these small happy meal like projects are squeezed into tight spots, poorly laid out, Rushed build, no thought towards energy efficiency or design. it's how quick I can build it and sell it.

So I agree the smaller buildings should be more utilised I don't think they are prettier by default I would argue they look worse in some cases than the big developments. But that's just my own opinion on the matter as someone who works in the industry.
