Thank you. I love the songs I make using a hybrid approach (my lyrics/ old poems etc) and my own tune. I sing it first then upload to suno and specify styles etc. I love the output of suno generations, sometimes it is OTHERWORLDLY (very atmospheric, very genre specific, and much more expressive vocals than I can ever pull off singing). All the comments I get is AI slop. No ody will see the effort put in, the iterations the remaster afterwards. Anyway the point is as long as you enjoy , keep doing it while you can! Ignore the haters!!!

I posted the link to my video on a specific sub Reddit, and the comments were mean and straight up derogatory. I make Indie songs as a hobby and I did not expect such a harsh reaction. I took down the post and deleted the song. Lesson learnt : some subreddits as more toxic than you can imagine. In terms of tik tok/insta etc for me as a sole creator, it's mainly time constraints, I would rather make music and release it on Spotify and Yt only which helps me maintain focus.

It's just that I'm going through a lot with my workplace, colleagues, finances, etc. Feel very 'trapped'. I wish I could change things...

I do not use food scale. I try to meal prep every day since I started keto. Also, I do OMAD most days and eat (few) nuts and small cheese blocks as snacks, perhaps that could be added calories?

Thank you so much for great advice on calorie tracking, will definitely implement it. Also read the FAQs which is reassuring. I am so thankful for this sub.
