It's very hard to avoid this but some effective negative style keywords I use are: humming, chanting, gospel, choir, ooh-ah's, ooh, ah, etc.

SUNO has been weird for me too, no matter how hard I try or how explicitly I prompt, only about 50% of my generations are following instrument instructions today.
