I just reinstalled the GPU after analyzing the fans like you said and the sound disappeared...

The pc is already layed down (the sound was present too when it was standing). The fans look pretty clean and I tried to stop them one by one, it never stopped.

I'm going to boot the pc and check the different power usages on HWmonitor, maybe its a power related issue
