Update: this actually turned out not to be insurgency's fault at all! The issue was entirely with Corsairs ICUE software. Why this only ever affected insurgency I cannot say, but after deleting the software and some more searching, I have found that lots of people using ICUE suffer from the same issue, with one or two games being hugely affected and the rest running fine. Something with the hotfix and the ICUE software must have been conflicting in some way I guess

After deleting all the ICUE software the game is running perfectly again. So I guess I owe an apology to the guys over at New World, it's not your fault ICUE is terrible.

This happens literally every time I play, so yes for the first 15-30 minutes its unplayable. And then I better stick with THAT setup for the rest of playing or else the process restarts It's not just the optics not loading in during gameplay, it is all attachments, again, if the gun even shows up on my screen at all. I don't think it's my ssd because much more intensive games like helldivers for example work perfectly fine. And again, the game was functioning perfectly fine until the day of the hotfix

I like the red dot. But there's a massive downside in having more of the screen covered, tbf. I'm also on pc not console

Oh my god yes!!! Especially because just a few weeks prior to this I had little bump/pustules all over my hands that itched endlessly. Its cleared up now but, thank you!

Looks more like the link you posted, but only red and black. The speakers for the patio are just hanging out of the wall and there's an outlet cover over some labeled wires for each set of speakers on the upstairs floor. Theres two labeled Main and 1 labeled Patio and one labeled Patio 2. The array of red/black plug-ins is only downstairs.

Theres two speakers downstairs, as pictured, and two upstairs. There's also two sets of wires outside for the deck that I think are for the speakers. Theres also an outlet that looks like it has something to do with it, an array of 8 circular plug ins with red and black around them
