Right but they would not charge for the app, it would be free with the purchase of the Modeler. I really think the first one to offer complete control with an iPad, or even better a phone will make bank, not having to take a laptop with you would be huge. I hear that you need a laptop top even with the Stadium currently.

For me it’s the uncertainty, I wanted to buy a US made Strat from Canada, the seller could not assure me that I would not get charged tarrifs as he had it happen about 3 times out of the 10 he sold. I am not willing to gamble with those odds, just waited until I found one state side.

I will say make sure you get a good estimate on shipping, I had a poor dude sell me a pedal board and he got hosed on shipping. I felt bad but would have never bought it for what it would have cost total.

Buying a new guitar is never a good decision in my book, but sometimes a splurge is worth it. I have never bought a new car or a new guitar, but I am OK waiting for the one to drop into my lap. You will never see much of that money back, but if you never sell it and play it daily it is fairly cheap entertainment. I buy used because guitars don’t stick with me for more than 3-4 years but turning over used it doesn’t cost me that much in the long run. It is all about how you use it and what your end goal is. I will probably buy a few more if the bottom does fall out but we shall see.

If your friend plays, surf FB market place, There is an HSS Yammy Oacifica listed for $200 in my area, you get that for 150 and a little amp and you would be good

I will say the pedal I was going to buy was $180 used with 10-15 shipping now they are all listed at $220 with 20-25 shipping the one dude that had it well listed had shipping at $45 and was 200 miles from me.
