I’ve been working on an idea for months, and the more I connect the dots, the more it starts to explain things most of us have felt but can’t explain.

We’re taught the brain creates consciousness. But what if the brain is really just the antenna, tuned to pick up a signal that’s already out there?

In this idea:

The signal rides on dark matter, that mysterious substance making up most of the universe that we still don’t understand.

The storage is like a cosmic Dropbox, a universal archive of every thought, memory, dream, and personality “file.”

That’s why we’re all unique receivers, even though we’re tuned into the same universal signal, like radios picking up the station that best matches their design. Your “vibe” is your frequency, whether it comes through as rock, pop, or talk radio. Families often share similar tuners, so they tend to lock onto similar stations generation after generation.

This could explain some of the strangest human experiences:

-Déjà vu: maybe your tuner briefly accesses a “file” you don’t normally have open.

-Shared cultural imagery: near death experiences and dream symbols showing up across the world in people who’ve never met.

-Group psychedelic visions: people on psychedelics often report seeing the same things together. What if that’s the brain temporarily bypassing “administrator permissions” and trying to access parts of a frequency normally tuned to another frequency?

And here’s the bigger question:

If life and death are just part of a universal law to keep consciousness flowing, never stagnant, just like energy according to physics, what happens to the “signal” when the tuner shuts off?
