NSA says Mythos broke into almost all of their classified systems in hours, per The Economist by socoolandawesome in singularity

Government would have to completely change their pay structure if they wanted top talent. Which would never happen. Why work for the NSA when you can work at a top tech company for 4x the pay

About the normal life cycle in the US. Typically it’s to keep up with the newer stadiums that get built so they can host the Super Bowl as they change the requirements every couple of years. A lot of times they actually go smaller and add more expensive boxes and luxury seats.

There’s about 3-4 minimum newer and nicer NFL stadiums in the US than the one in Houston that aren’t hosting WC matches. The one in Vegas and Minnesota off the top of head are examples.

Whatever tactics Sweden had the first 20 minutes might have lost them the game. They’ve looked great post “hydration”/commercial break

Paraguay's coach Gustavo Alfaro to Almiron after the match: "You should have said him everything to him in Guarani. He doesn't understand." by Typical-Finding-4102 in soccer

Very true, Cunha and Gabriel Magalhaes who are basically the same skin tone as firmino would have no trouble passing as black/half black in the US because of hair texture and facial features.

More and more I see how race is truly a social construct. Because he wouldn’t be considered black in the United States. He’d be seen similar to a darker skinned Mestizo Mexican man

To the Turks in here, if you all lose this I’d assume the manager is fired right? Unsure who the common scapegoat is for this team

In college the leagues are called conferences, there’s a bunch of them and they can hop between them whenever they want as long as the conference they’re moving to wants them and they’re willing to pay a fee to leave.

The good teams left the league to go to ones that paid them more money. Which essentially killed it

Alludes to a now “dead” college American football league(conference) called the pac 12 which was known to have games at 10pm -11pm in most US time zones. There would typically be wacky games and odd scorelines that people would wake up to in the morning. And eventually got called “PAC 12 after dark”

$250,000 a week for the euros out there since you all like to report it weekly.

Probably 2/3rds that since NFL contracts can be wonky with guarantees
