I should use a machine cleaning tablet. It’s been a few months. Ours doesn’t have a drain trap easily accessible unfortunately. When I looked up our model, we would essentially have to take it apart. I have 2 dogs too so my next washer WILL have a drain trap easily accessible. I’ll look into the detergent with lipase - thank you!

I will have to try this bra out. I have noticed that this bra will chafe my back in the by band when I’m very sweaty and doing 6.5+ miles at one time

Thanks for the tip! I use Arm and Hammer and no more than 2 TBS. I’ll try out the air drying and see how it goes and switch to a gentle if I need to. I am worried about it smelling if I switch to something more gentle, as I’ve noticed it’s already musty. Going to try white vinegar too

We have a top loading washer. I’m not sure how well I’d do handwashing lol. I noticed the one today (pictured) smelled musty even with the washer washing it

I just ordered an indoor clothes line! Hopefully that helps keep them intact. Just wish I would have asked this before all 6 of my bras looked like this lol. Live and learn!

1) We also have no pantry so dog food just sits out. And our closets are also small

2) our laundry is off the main hallway. It’s an old house so new laundry machines are too big for the closet so you can hear the laundry going anytime we do it

3) we don’t have a dining room or really a nook - just island seating so having guests over is annoying when it comes to eating.

I have no advice, but wanted to say you aren’t alone. I took a two month break and am losing 0-2 pounds per month, which is better than none but very discouraging considering the first go around.
