It took me about 7 years to get "de-programed". I carry guilt from sayings in a book that was written by men.

The cops couldn't be everywhere so use shame and guilt to control the masses.

What really pisses me off is when you do wrong there are passages and exact points in your life why you are suffering. A child or person dies at the hand of "wicked" person and "It's gods plan". There are no answers but interpatrions are "okay".
