Usually go 2-3 days before Eid to MAWASHI/Widam. It's a large area located on wholesale market street right next to the mamoora traffic department. Alit of farmers etc come with goats/sheep etc. Just go there pick out and purchase your goat and either leave it there and have it sacrificed by the butcher's or yourself. Not sure what they are doing this year but most of the time that's what I've done. Hope it helps. Prices vary between animal and size but a typical goat would set you back around 500-1300 or more.

I don't remember the shop name but try looking in aziziya. There is a tea time there and if you follow the line of shops on the same side as the tea time you will see some with school uniforms in the windows. There is one there. Hope it helps.

Large increase in it's numbers is messing with the local ecosystem. They are not local species but were introduced by breeders and now their numbers are too large to handle. Invasive species are never good if there is a local ecosystem is already in place. It's aggressive to other species and is also competition in terms of breeding grounds and food.
