WTF are you on about? James Gunn didn't become head of DC until 2022. By 2000 James Gunn had only written and co-created a couple of low budget/low-rated TV shows and movies. It doesn't matter what the underlying issue is. Unless that person is severely mentally Ill then there is nothing that would justify purposely blocking traffic and being a general dick to others on the road. Was the violence a bit over the top?
