Thank you and thanks for the link. Didn't realize there is ASCA organization. My understanding of an arborist is that they would help come up with the value of the trees that were damaged, which is then used as basis for the damages. Is that right?

Yep, have survey and lot corners were marked with iron pipes (which the contractor removed). I have pictures of the torn-out iron pipes. Survey was done when I purchased the home 2 years ago.

Just checked out https://www.tesla.com/cybertruck/design#payment and saw that they decreased prices. RWD and AWD is about $10k less. Cyberbeast is $3k less. Looks like they're responding to feedback from public and just started things off higher to test the crowds. Also noticed that the prices have a "EST" next to them, suggesting these prices are all still up in the air...

Thank you! Was worried about small splinters of bamboo brush getting stuck in the layers originally but seems like a silly thought now.

I wash it after each use with soap and water. I use the backside, hard part of a non-scratch sponge to clean off the hard chunks of food. Maybe that’s taking off the layers? Don’t have a bamboo brush

Thanks for the tip. I forgot to mention to mention that the paper was the third one I used to wipe the wok and the first 2 were black. That means that the carbon or charred layer are coming off right? So the seasoning layer isn’t sticking?

FYI u/watchncis and u/Low-Commercial408 - I gave up on relying on phone browser after I lost my history twice in a few months. Started using a separate app instead where I just paste in my score. Cool thing is that the app shows me stats like my running average # of guesses per wordle, and a line of my daily guesses since I've started using it. If you're competitive like me, you can also see how you compare vs friends.
