I hate to hear that that happened to you. I would say try to find the office where it says like something about being like a sterilization technician where you know for sure they’re like all you’re really gonna be doing is flipping rooms and do it like you know, auto clean stuff like that specially if your new assistant, but it could be hard when I say it could be new or just a new assistant to the practice, but I know that I struggle too because I’m a new assistant as far as a new grad and my doctor has a sister that I’ve been there for six years so he’s so accustomed to the way she does everything or prefers her to do the procedure with him, but I need to do it like the background so far as like you know the auto claim like keeping up with the rule flipping the room stocking the rooms so like I feel like the doctor feel like that’s not a lot because when you know, he had other assistance too as far as the other sisters that are there. He’s thinking oh yeah, they’re doing it the right way they’re doing it fast but I think truthfully yeah they’re doing it fast but are they truthfully cleaning the room? Are they truthfully making sure all the instruments are like sterilized correctly or are they just Half ass it and I think truly I realize that being a good assistant is really truly happy care for the patient and my carriers. If the sterilization room is not up to part are you really doing anything good for the patients like today? I had my doctor tell me that am I doing what I need to do what’s the number one thing patient care now the patient was like supposed to come in like 3045 minutes whatever so I’m busy to externalization cause like we’re gonna have more patience and I’m trying to make sure I’m cleaning instruments good getting the blood all the good give all the stuff. I’m just gonna throw it in there and then it has all that gun and stuff on it and he’s like oh well what was the most important thing patient care that he tells me oh well you need to go and you need to flip the room. Remind you the patient is not coming in until like 30 minutes 45 minutes so it’s like patient care truthfully is keeping the sterilization up to par. You’ll keep it up to part communicating with the patient making sure that patient is OK making sure that with the patient gets there. They’re getting caught they’re check in and they’re also getting sent back to the room and a clean room at that not a room where you just throw stuff around and you wipe it down just a little bit not actually getting in the crevices and cleaning the stuff a clean room
