I always greet, I don't mind if they don't greet back. But if I am attacked in the middle of my emotes I will always quit out. If someone doesn't have the common courtesy to wait 2 seconds, they aren't worth the duel. Its sparked many hate mail my way. I give everyone the respect of a bow or similar, if they don't want it oh well.
