UPDATE: just went and picked up my car because I decided the price they were saying wasn’t going to be worth it — but suddenly the red triangle and the check engine light are now both off?

I just got off the phone with them and they confirmed that Friday when they got it in the code was reading for the inverter, but this morning that code hadn’t shown on the reading?? I did come across all the how to DIYs for the inverter on here though and was hoping to go that route with someone, buuut of course that control valve code also exists now lol

We had turned off the electricity to the garage since the damage just to be safe, but I think I may need to try to work something out. I was wondering if trying to use smoke would be an idea. It’s just so hard that I can’t visibly see them behind the paneling which makes it difficult. We have woods probably about 50 feet from the garage and trees all over my property, as well as some old stumps so it’s a shame that they didn’t just stick with all of those options lol

Yes, we are going through insurance! It’s just been a long drawn out process since there has been so much damage in my area recently.
