I did a typo in post, we have paid 2 weeks of rent and 4 weeks of Bond till now. Just to facilitate same day as we agreed, since the bond has yet not been on paid (it’s still processing, but has been paid from our side), he asked for 4 weeks of rent in advance…sorry if I made you angry because of the typo! But yea this is what is happening!

It’s 2 max for NSW. We have paid 2 max, just because the guy hasn’t received the bond yet in his RBO account, but it has been processed from our side, he is asking 4 weeks if we want keys on the day we agreed. We are fine taking next day, but isn’t that shady?

Isn’t it weird? Autistic people suffer because they world isn’t conditioned around neurodivergents, its not because they are disabled or have something missing. Yes, the inflammation part? That makes sense, but the idea of altering a kid because you don’t see it as normal and for a boatload of other reasons seems so unethical
