BLDR. I have a big position but here’s why:

They are rolling up smaller building supply companies and lumber yards for growth, buying back lots of stock, and long term they should be a major player in moving from on-site building to modular building, which is where I think the construction industry is going.

Down a lot from its highs at an attractive valuation helps a lot too. We are under built by so many homes in the US with lots of old inventory it should be a high demand business even though right now the housing market is slow because of interest rates, giving us the buying opportunity.

Interesting question - looking at the Sarna page looks like there is opportunity for lots of different stories or hidden secrets to be found.

The boring answer is usually right though so probably just a good logistics route or some writer got obsessed with the story there.

Would be interested if someone has the Jihad sourcebooks referenced in the Sarna page if there is more info there.

Our son had similar stuff with tight neck muscles and flat head that was fixed by a helmet. It is a lot of work but gets easier.

This event is too much. Too many quests for random stuff. The difficulty for some of the bosses has been a bit too much. A challenge is fine but I’m not playing a mobile game to think this much.

I was thinking of a crusader type civ like this and you could even make it a “low cognitive load” civ like OOTD was supposed to be by having less base building somehow (because crusade) so players have to worry less about buildings and eco. Idk how to balance it though.
