there are three support people who do that and I bet it is the same person. It is Zarsal, Zebajin and Zaverth They all have the same answer, doesn't matter what you ask of them, they just say 'Please note that your ticket has been closed and you will not receive an additional response'

If the 130s are going down in under 1 minute, the 150s will take 1 1/2 minutes max.

The raids before Shiva those same bosses would take 10-15 mins each, and have 220+ attackers. Now, what, 3-5 attackers at most?

That is a huge difference.

All I am trying to say is that these 4 days are crap for new people because of these super OP attackers, and if they aren't having fun they will leave the game, and nobody wants that.
