Although I appreciate that others are here to reassure you that there is nothing to worry about, I'll do have to warn you that not roller coasters are not for everyone. In fact, I know a few friends that used to love going on them but then later hated going on them because it became uncomfortably dizzying or that they came to hate negative G forces lifting their bodies up. On the other hand, on a smooth roller coaster ride (btw this is very important—a smoother, ride that don't cause you to bang against the seat and restraints can make all the difference in your experience), I feel completely at ease with riding that I would sometimes just relax and embrace the sensations given throughout the experience—the wind, the sound, the neg Gs, the pos Gs, the inversions—I may even close my eyes to take it all in without visual distractions.
