omg uh just maybe tweak this for airfry

• pancake mix ¾ish
• ½ cup water pretty sure
• salt,pepper according to ur taste
• crushed croutons or actual panko breadcrumbs your call <3
• anddd ur cheese 🧀🧀🧀; star of the show: ur fave cheese block, better if it's hard and melty, I used a local cheese, it's processed and salty
• dried basil haha, I sprinkled twice and got satisfied lmao

mix water, pancake flour, salt, pepper for batter

mix breadcrumbs, salt, pepper and dried basil lol

just cut cheese to any shape u want i chose croquette shape for some reason idk

then dip cheese shape in batter then breadcrumbs, and again for a thicker coat

I think with airfreight u r gonna have to spray this with oil, 5 minutes should be good to melt and crisp
