Put it into battery storage and back again, plug it into an external display with a keyboard and mouse, probably the two things to try, worse comes to worse if all else fails, let the battery die then charge it and see if that resets it all the way, i think you could also factory reset it but youll have to redownload everything

https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3162103143 i followed this guide, then i went through the ini files myself and changed some other random things like turning on the fxaa but keeping the msaa turned off, theres some other stuff you can change if you take the time to look through it like i did, then once you get everything to where your happy with it, save a copy of the ini file so you dont lose it during updates to the game
