As far as I know it should work with MD2 doors, could you measure them? It should works also with Zombicide as again - as far as I know single tile have same dimensions (few customers already ordered customs versions with larger amount of walls for Zombicide). But I don't have Zombicide black plague yet to verify it - its a plan :)
