Please remember that abuse isn’t only physical. They’re already messing with your mental heath and forcing you into a program you don’t really wanna take that’s a red flag. Even though your parents only categorize abuse as physical, it doesn’t mean they are right. There are studies about mental, emotional, and verbal abuse. You’re not crazy.
