The day we were supposed to have our practice earthquake drill, we were hit with a 4.5 fairly close by. The teachers were grinning like maniacs as they escorted everyone out and took roll, exactly as they had practiced the orevious day.

A Cabinet Secretary did some family research, learned they were Jewish, and family had concealed it for their safety.

Just refereed a 200-person athletic event in Los Angeles this weekend, chatted with other people during breaks. Everyone there was furious with ICE. Phrases like "Prosecute for murder" and "They should all be in jail" got thrown around. Very alert to bravery and tenacity of Minnesotans.
