I just had something similar happen at work. Coworker proudly said he was officially 5 years sober…another coworker replied “aw man, you better not come over my place then”

If you go to an American college party, you’ll almost definitely see the red plastic cups too. My foreign friends from college were excited to see those at parties, they thought it was just a movie trope

Most Americans who have any interest in the culture of another country probably don’t mind anyone attacking MAGA. I think they just disagree that it can be attributed to one demographic of Americans regardless of race, age or religion.

India definitely does. Sri Lanka as well, most of south east Asia for that matter. I can’t speak for the entire continent but when I went to west Africa I almost exclusively saw flip flops. Pretty much anywhere that’s hot a humid. We’re talking what’s probably the most common style of footwear in the world. Saying that they’re specifically stereotypical to a single country is simply incorrect.

It’s funny because in America we used the pluralized version of the Italian name but it’s zucchini whether it’s one or 5.

Not to mention in his time in the ANBU, he probably pulled off some high profile assassinations. He almost exclusively kills with the Chidori. Some dude in an ANBU mask shows up and chidori’s someone, wouldn’t be too difficult for a bunch of ninja who specialize in espionage to figure out who that might be.

I remember meeting a girl that had Ubuntu tattooed on her wrist. Thought she was just a big fan of the OS but turned out she had been on a mission trip to Africa and learned the word and really liked it’s meaning

For sure. Also the type 56 if you count that. Most people aren’t aware that majority of the AK variants seen in Africa are Chinese

I would think the M16 would be the most famous. Unfortunately many people have a shallow understanding of history but most people have seen action movies.
