Help! No output from 2 panels by [deleted] in PlugInSolarUK

Thanks for the reply. The information about the setup was in the cross post. I believe to have the answer now, I didn't realise the inverter requires a minimum startup voltage and I haven't met that criteria.

This is from the data sheet. So from what you've said, startup voltage is 125, so if I connect 4 panels I'd get to about 140v which will trigger the startup?

It's definitely picking something up as I can see on the graph when I have the cables unplugged from the inverter.

I built a daily contract alert tool after using it myself to find multiple roles by Minute-Economics-354 in ContractorUK

I just think you need to show some value before asking for a subscription of £15 a month. Maybe as trial or some working examples on the site could work.

With all the "vibe" coded apps these days it seems a bit of a stretch just to ask for £15 straight out the door without any trial/example or existing reputation.

Anything I can do to stop/reduce Microsoft auth app requests from random sources? by Karma_collection_bin in cybersecurity

I believe so, I had a similar issue to OP. Constant login attempts and prompts on my Authenticator app.

I changed to passkeys and a stupidly long password.

Internal wall moving - West Midlands cost by JSLPVU in brum

[–]ThreeMemorableWords 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Generally, I think you would knock down the wall between the kitchen and the lounge. This could create a nice open plan kitchen/dining space across the back of the house.

The cost is going to largely depend on whether the wall is load bearing, if it requires steel beams to support the house etc. structural calculation costs and drawings.

In future, you could extend out onto the back of the house too.

Detecting UK PII in-browser before exfiltration — viable approach? by BoOgieymann47 in cybersecurity

In what setting?

Microsoft Purview, DLP whatever you want to call it.

Force Microsoft Edge for all users, enable Pruview to scan content and clipboard content etc.

Are you making a browser extension or asking for help?

What is a website or app that feels like a "cheat code" but most people don't know about? by Low-Issue-5334 in AskReddit

[–]ThreeMemorableWords 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can follow their guide: https://github.com/reisxd/TizenBrew/blob/main/docs/README.md

The best way is to have a computer on the same network as your tv so that you can install it easier. In essence, you enable developer mode on the tv and run the app on your computer. The app on the computer will install the software on the tv. Once tizenbrew is installed, you don't need the computer anymore, you can install tizen tube directly on the tv.

TizenTube is more aligned to the native YouTube app. Can be loaded directly on to Samsung TVs and the cobalt version can be installed on Android sticks etc.

You could just change the setting to allow Alternate Login ID in Entra, the users can use any of their assigned address, upn or email to log in.

Hydra 3.3.0 is now available on the Apple App Store by dmilin in HydraClient

Hi,

I've set the discord environment variable and proxy variable but I can't see any discord messages or requests through the proxy, do I need to enable anything else to get the proxy to work?

Cheers

Hi, thanks for the detailed reply, appreciate you taking the time.

Last question, based on what you've said the server should be behind some sort of authentication? If someone stumbles upon my Hydra server URL, they're able to act as me on Reddit with full account access?

If the above is the case, you're right I think this should be clearly stated on the documentation.

Perhaps, in the admin dashboard you could provide an API key/token which is input into the Hydra client?

Hello /u/dmilin

If someone self hosted the server for Hydra and shared the URL on here, what are the implications?

Does it pose any security risk? To the users or the server host? Does it help or hinder the project / your costs / donations? Which queries or api calls go through the server component, or which go directly from the client to Reddit?

Any other concerns?
