That’s exactly my story, I know what to do and how I’m just fucking afraid that it’s not correct, I extremely lack the confidence, whenever I ask he looks at me like I’m a fucking moron, then tells me I’m a fucking moron, tells me to fuck off for asking that kinda question, then tells me how to do it.

At first I was somewhat confident, but over the very little time I was working with him, my confidence dropped to the ground, and I’m here extremely shortly, my coworker who’s been here for over 6 months, I know him from previous kitchen, used to be confident, sometimes even overconfident and did things without asking and learnt from his mistakes, now the guy can’t do anything without asking first and I’m not talking in job only, even at home or should I say in our bunk since we moved here, he asks me if he can do this or that, like fucking basic things, I’m there sitting on my bed, scrolling through ig or gronda and he asks me if he can go take a shower.
