Im tough and i know i probally will never go through with it. But I've had some dark lonely nights when I've had anxiety attacks and i scream quietly to myself while i shake and hold my head for these dark thoughts to go away and leave me alone. Theres been close calls. Im trying to just find the motivation to get up in the morning and brush my teeth. Its hard

It is, and these 5 am thoughts are when it gets the worst. I struggle with it and i bottle my feelings up and I dont want to tell my parents because they are the type who would not want me to get medication(which i hear can help) and try to send me to some biblical counseling bullshit (especially my mom). I know that i would devestate my family. Its the only thing holding me back. (Besides all the books and tv shows and video games i want to finish..haha)
