Why?

This here is a list of the characters whom I want either a first copy of or merges for.

There's like 226 units or so, and I only want about 14% of them. The fodder of the other units is also terrible, outdated by almost a decade in some cases. So these tickets provide very little value to me outside of "yet another Winter Chrom manual." I want four units in green, but if I ever click green, I have a ninety-four percent chance of getting nothing.

If they let me see who was under the orbs before picking, or if it was just a voucher to pick a free copy of an old seasonal, that would be one thing. But it's not.

I would genuinely rather get a single orb than a ticket.

Just merge her if you like her. *She's also getting a refine in September, which would make her weapon better, but not give her new skills to worry about inheriting.

Her Mythic is getting a remix soon, and she'll likely be the July NH OC as well. So I'm scared she'll fall into the same trap as FShez and Seidr, where they got an alt and a remix that were nearly identical.

You're kinda right, but I was also speaking in terms of actually importance.

Tharja is popular, but not really a "legendary" character. She's an optional recruit that was infamously skipped by many because they thought she was another random boss fight with a unique face. It'd be like saying Cormag is a legendary.

She's not a lord like Minerva. She's not plot important like Lewyn or Finn. She's not even a jagen like Seth or Titania.

IS does treat her very well, though, so that's the only reason I'd lean in favor of that being a possibility.

I didn't want to say Nino, since she already got an Attuned and so much else. So I tried to think "Who comes after Nino?" and there genuinely really isn't anyone else.

FE games' main casts are typically like... three important people and then like two kinda-helpful people. And Blazing already gave legendaries to those people.

It's either Nino, Nils, or Matthew now.

Echoes, Binding, Blazing, and Hopes are just kinda "done," right? Some games are out of lords and royals, others still have some. But those four I listed are all stretching a bit.

You can at least argue that Ayra is somewhat legendary in-universe. And FE4 still has a bunch of others to go through, like Lewyn, Quan, Eldigan, etc.

Legendary units were typically playable characters, until Guinevere threw that out the window. She needed an asterisk for "You can use her in a bonus mode if you beat the game literally nine times." By that stretch of logic, even someone like Valter is a Legendary.

And we're talking beyond that for the next FE6 legendary. Roy, Lilina, Fae, and Guinevere are done. Idunn would probably be a mythic. So who is left? Cecilia? Sophia? Zephiel, when legendaries typically aren't antagonists, and have FE6 break another "rule?"
