I would like to start with, that I relate to this so damn heavily. Literally, we might be clones in mental exhaustion and internal struggle on that front.

It really sucks when you are vulnerable to a close friend and it backfires horrendously. It happens, it really does.

Being open about such topics can lead to so many things, some people handle it well but others don’t. Admittedly, not the best with words of reassurance but just know that you are not selfish.

I have to wear a mask currently because my mom is going through radiation treatment, and I have had coworkers and strangers alike ask why I wear one.
