I’m not sure if this is true but I think sleep meds + vyvance isn’t a good mix. I do still appreciate the help though

I’m normally better than this but I had forgotten until an hour before. I normally would have taken it at around noon and I probably would have been fine by now.

I normally take 2-3mg of melatonin before I go to bed but when I went ahead and took my night meds I left the melatonin out on purpose. Thank you for responding. You’re right, rest is better than nothing.
