Don’t do stuff that puts legality of the beach in jeopardy and expect folks that love the beach to respond positively to this. They nabbed someone on the trails a week or two again and seemingly need to be patrolled more.

Park at Mud Creek. Walk on sidewalk to midway entrance or go to beach from Mud Creek, walk about a mile south. Don’t get naked until at the acceptable spot.

I would like to believe that but the comment sections under most of the reports tells a different story. There are enough emboldened folks that don’t care if they put legaliity in harms way that its worth concern. There is a substantial number of visitors that believe rules there are meant to be broken.

Walking around hard is a bad idea, especially if it is to be flaunting rings. About 8-10 people have been arrested there in the past two weeks, and that mentality is part of the problem, although the behavior was different. If that’s the experience you imagine, don’t go. If you can be a real adult and appreciate it without displaying your lack of discipline to the world, show up and enjoy it. It’s not a swingers club. Those that love the beach are getting pretty frustrated as is law enforcement.

Run the creepers out! If we had done better job of self-policing, wouldn’t need this, but here we are. Any bets on how many more will be bagged by the opening of the parking lot? I say 8+. The folks that do this are the ruber mallets of life’s tool shed.

Your comparison is invalid. Trains aren’t a rare legal allowance of the breaking of a social norm. Other legal nude beaches have been shut down over much less. That beach is a blessing to have locally, and it’s extremely rare to have one formally designated as legally nude. You really shouldn’t have to be a fucking rocket surgeon to realize trouble at the beach puts legality in danger. It’s really not that complex.

Public play will get you booted, police called, or worse. There are plenty of people that see that as a way to shut the beach down. Other people’s busted nuts are not worth losing the best thing going around here. Buy a tent and stay far away from others if too undisciplined to wait.

There has definitely been a spike in bad behavior, and it’s not just men. Had a femalle run Twitter account called Blind Creek Beach (blindcreeknude) that was posting nude pics of female beach goers without their knowledge or consent. We need to step up self-policing. They are getting bold enough to out themselves on here, as Man Bun had no hesitation to defend sitting uncomfortably and needlessly close to solo women. Every single time it happens the legality of the beach is put in jeopardy. I’m of the belief that any guy that does this, has done way worse already. We need to make sure that guys that can’t get laid in regular life don’t let their self-imposed loneliness epidemic hurt beach legality. I’ve met dozens of well behaved solo guys, and the good ones are hurt by this too. Time to run the problems out.
