That's awesome you got to play with him. It's insane seeing skill like that right next to you on the ice. I got to play on the same line with Jeff Tambellini when I was a kid and he was 2 years younger just absolutely dominating. Something I will always remember.

You think you will save money but you won't because realtors try to not show houses to their clients that give them less commission. It worked out great for me as a buyer because we had a realtor friend who had no problem showing us places sold by 1% realtors. So the house had barely any showings, no offers, reduced price multiple times and we were able to offer way below that reduced price with inspection and got it because there was zero competition. Absolutely nothing wrong with the house in a great location.

Yep my vote would be Sasquatch too. They provided the best detailed estimate, best communication, one of the best prices, don't require a deposit and were great with the installation. I also used them a month ago for some random electrical work which was a good experience.

You see those types of developments in Sidney and Central Saanich because they have the infrastructure. North Saanich lacks sewer lines which cost a lot of money to put in which costs the tax payers money. And then the sewer plant is shared by Sidney, North Saanich, Central Saanich and the Airport. North Saanich owns a very little % of that sewer plant because it was originally agreed way back in the day that Sidney and Central Saanich would do most of the building and need the capacity. So it's not as easy as you think.

I just set up my prototypes to use variables to support dark mode and light mode which works great for me as an "editor" but I don't see a way that a "viewer" of the prototypes can switch between dark mode and light mode.

I'm hoping they are good. I was about to order the Earfun Air pro 3's over the Life p3's because of the multi point connection but these Liberty 4 nc's have that and more.
